CATWOMAN
REFLECTION QUESTIONS
The strongest area would be the shading of the picture and how the simple background looks against the more detailed figure. The shading on the body suit is able to show definition of the muscles and it emphasizes the fact that she's jumping down showing the movement of her arms and legs. The edges of the final piece and coloring inside the line work are what can be improved on. The line work and edges can be improved by blending them more and blurring some parts and sharpening others. The coloring inside the lines can be fixed by selecting certain areas when laying down color. The easiest part of this activity would be choosing the concept of what to paint. I knew I wanted a detailed painting so I chose to finish a picture of catwoman. The difficult part of the activity would be painting the background. It was difficult to balance the amount of detail put into it without it overshadowing the character. To complete this piece I used the paint brush tool, eye dropper, gradient, magnetic lasso, smudge tool, blur tool, and warp tool. The paint brush tool was used to put down the base colors and block in certain shapes. Gradient was used to help shade the back ground. The eye dropper was used to get exact colors for certain areas. The magnetic lasso was used to try and only put colors in certain spots. The smudge tool was used for shading booth the suit of character and parts of the background. The blur tool was used to soften certain areas. The warp tool was used to improve the character's stance. The objective was demonstrated by being able to use the paint brush tool, eye dropper, and mixer brush in parts of the painting. It was also demonstrated by using those tools and more to create a detailed original painting. If I were to do this again I'd want to make it so that it comes out looking smoother and paint the colors more inside the lines.

REFLECTION QUESTIONS
The strongest area of my work would be paying attention to detail when making the tattoo. This is the strongest because it makes it more interesting and something to be looked at. I could have adjusted the lighting and improve on making the brightness shine in the right place and not be as bright. I can do by adjusting how much black and white is in the picture or adjusting the hue and saturation. The easy part of the assignment would be designing the actual tattoo. This part came easy cause I was able to come up with a solid concept and image of what I wanted it to be.
The more difficult part of this activity would be the blending and getting it placed correctly on the body. Placing it on the body was a bit challenging but it was mostly getting it bend and going around the muscles what was making it difficult. The blending was difficult because it hard to see what places needed to be more blurred then others. I used the magic wand tool to help get rid of white around the picture, the burn tool where the skin had shadows, the dodge tool to lighten the tattoo where there were highlights, the warp tool to adjust the tattoo on the body and the blend tool to blur the edges.
I was able to demonstrate the objective by creating a tattoo that I'd like to see, that would be interesting to look at, and detailed. If I were to do this activity over again I' d choose I picture with different lighting and try blending it better to make it look slightly more realistic.

ALBUM COVER
REFLECTION QUESTIONS
The easiest part of this activity would be choosing the pictures to use. This came to be easy because I had an idea of what wanted to use. the most difficult part would be the place of the different things and having them not look pasted on. This was difficult because it was hard to find a way for them to all flow, work together, and blend.
The mediums and tools I used are the different move tools, warp, blend, smudge , paint tool, filters, saturation, gradient, and the eyedropper. The smudge, filter, and saturation were used to help blend all the pictures. The warp, move tools , and selection tools were used in helping with placement. The paint tool and gradient were used to add color and shadows. I demonstrated the objective by putting my two favorite artist in the picture around things I like to help design an album cover for if they were to do a song together. If I were to do this project again I'd try to bend the pictures more and more things to it so it could be more interesting.
